Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our vacation rental website. By using this website or booking our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the vacation rental property advertised herein. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Airbnb Bookings

All bookings made through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb’s Terms of Service and Cancellation Policies. Please review their policies carefully before confirming your reservation. Payments for Airbnb bookings must be made directly through Airbnb’s platform.

2.2 Direct Bookings (Over the Phone)

For bookings made directly over the phone, a $200 damage deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before your check-in date via e-transfer. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us, whether you book through Airbnb or over the phone.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Airbnb Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds for bookings made through Airbnb must comply with Airbnb's cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking details on the Airbnb platform for more information.

3.2 Direct Booking Cancellations

For direct bookings, cancellations made:

  • 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.

4. Property Use

By staying at our vacation rental property, you agree to the following rules:

  • Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates 8 guests.

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a cleaning fee of $200.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed..

5. Visitors

If you would like to have visitors during your stay, you must notify management in advance. Additional charges may apply. Please call 604-838-2736 for more information.

6. Liability

We strive to ensure that the property is in excellent condition and ready for your stay. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.

  • Disruptions to services (e.g., Wi-Fi, water, electricity) caused by third parties.

  • Weather conditions or natural events that may affect your travel plans.

7. Damage Policy

You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. If any damage is found after your departure, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from your $200 damage deposit or claimed through Airbnb’s resolution center.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information necessary to process your booking and ensure your stay is comfortable. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process your booking through Airbnb.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
